Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchases. In the event that you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 7 working days via Chat, Email sales@oneoffice.com.my. We will arrange for a return and exchange accordingly.
We do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or self-collection. Customer must make sure that the overall dimensions and the style of the products ordered are suitable for the intended purpose.
Refunds
As we do not provide refunds, please check the details on your order confirmation before proceeding to payment.

Cancellations
To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. So once your order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
